TouchStone Technology was established in 1986 by Randy Voshell as a computer service and consulting company.  As time and innovation have created change, TouchStone Technology has evolved into the Pacific Northwest’s premier full-service IT support firm specializing in keeping your mission critical systems running.

Randy Voshell, CEO

Randy Voshell has over 35 years of experience as a field technician, systems engineer, software developer, database administrator, manager, instructor, network administrator, and network
engineer.

TouchStone Technology’s heritage as a Novell training center is reflected in Randy’s qualifications and achievements.  Randy is a Master Certified Novell Engineer, Certified Directory Engineer, and Novell Certified Engineer.  He’s qualified as a Certified Linux Engineer and as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and has Linux Professional Institute Certification, Level Two.

Randy is also a Master Certified Novell Instructor and has been the first to teach courses on new products and provide training to other instructors and IT departments. His evaluation scores are consistently in the top three among all Novell instructors worldwide.  As IT departments continue to reduce training budgets, Randy’s skills  are invaluable in implementing a wide range of available solutions.

Jennifer Voshell, Sales & Marketing

Jennifer Voshell is the point of contact for all things TouchStone.  Jennifer ensures that TouchStone’s sales and engineering departments communicate effectively and work together in the best interests of the client.  From marketing to accounting and everything in between, Jennifer thrives on TouchStone’s continued success as a company and consistently strives to let the world know what TouchStone can do.
